How does a group order work?

Do you accept Cash on Delivery, Cash on Pickup or Shopee checkout?
No, we do not allow cash on delivery since all of our items are for preorder. COD/COP is also prone to bogus buyers and reservers, because of this we do not offer this kind of payment. We do not offer Shopee LSF checkout since there are a lot of issues and inconveniences when using the app.

Can we extend the deadline of payment?
You can DM us about the reason as to why you would like to extend the deadline. We can be lenient about DOPs depending on the reason offered. Buyers with a large amount of payment/s can be eligible for two gives depending on the agreement we come up with.

Are you open to pasabuys?
Yes! Please take note that pasabuys are pay as you order. DM us for quotations about the items you want to buy.The longest DOP we can give is within 3-5 days only.

Where can I see your masterlist?
The link to the masterlist is sent via the order confirmation email (OCE), the ones who can receive the link are those who have transactions with us. We are not comfortable with sharing the masterlist publicly since it still holds the information of our buyers such as their emails.

BY MAKING A PURCHASE ON SEOUL 52 PH, YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO ABIDE BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED AS FOLLOWS:

PLACING OF ORDER

Before filling up the order form, please be 101% upon placing your orders to avoid future conflicts.For first time buyers of our shop, we will be requiring a 20% downpayment to make sure you will not be flaking on your orders.IF YOU ARE A MINOR YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN'S FULL PERMISSION TO SUBMIT AN ORDER.Please be sure of all of the details (eg: complete name, complete contact number, complete address) that you input in our forms to avoid confusion during shipments.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

We do not allow cancellation of order once order form has been sent to us.For private message transactions, the order is automatically yours once you have said “MINE” or anything of the sort.We can allow cancellations without payment if the item is sold out.If item is not sold out, and customer wants to cancel an order, cancellation fee must be paid. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount of order. In case that the buyer does not pay the cancellation fee, customer will be marked as a bogus buyer/joy reserver.
INTERNATIONAL COURIER
Seoul 52 PH will not be held responsible in the event of any loss, liability an delay of order due to international courier issue.International courier - LBC Sea Cargo or GoldStar Korea.


PAYMENT
We do not allow down payments unless stated otherwise.If product or the group order requires downpayment, it is already non-refundable because it is already counted in the amount of total orders, to prevent from bogus buyers.Do pay within stated deadline of payment.For late payments, penalty of 150.00 pesos a day will be implemented. We will not accept excuses.Do send proof of payment at the designated payment form. We will not acknowledge receipts on Twitter DMs.

LOCAL SHIPPING FEES
Local shipping fee should be paid along with your total amount on the stated deadline of payment on each group order. If items have arrived, and customer did not pay for the local shipping fee, we will not ship out your items.Local shipping fees are subject to change depending on the weight of your items.

NORMAL ETA
When an item is under normal ETA, that means it will arrive in the Philippines within 3-5 weeks, but that does not include the packing and shipping from us to you.The packing and shipping itself takes another 1-2 weeks depending on how many orders there are.Note that ETA are subject to delays, thus, the buyer must be patient as all group orders are shipped through normal sea cargo.Combined shipments are allowed given that the group order/s fall under the same ETA.

JOY RESERVERS/BOGUS BUYERS
Joy reservers and bogus buyers are those who filled out the shop's order form but failed to pay the amount within due time given.In the event that a bogus buyer is found, PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED. This is also for our fellow shops to be wary of these buyers.Joy reservers and bogus buyers will be blocked and banned from the shop and will be automatically put into the list of customers that we won't be providing services to in the future.

SHOP CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTION
Seoul 52 PH has the right to cancel transactions if customer does the following:If buyer is showing constant disrespect to the administrators of the shop. Examples are, sarcastic responses, rude, impatient (to a degree), being inconsiderate, treating admins with unnecessary attitude and etc.If buyer has any suspicious activity.If other shops have already posted you as bogus buyer or joy reserver.

DAMAGED ITEMS/MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Seoul 52 PH will not be held responsible for loss, damage or delay arising from natural phenomenons, acts of government authority, or shipper's breach of contract.Seoul 52 PH will not be held responsible for damages done by the local and international courier. Incase a damage is seen on your item/s, please file a complaint to the courier's company directly.Seoul 52 PH will not be held responsible for any manufacturing defects of any item on each group order as we do not control production of the items.

ISSUING OF REPLACEMENT/REFUND
No clear unboxing video = no replacement/refund.A clear, unedited boxing video is required for us to prove the damage of the item, thus, we suggest that you create one upon receiving the item. For exchange of items due to wrong delivery, we require that you return the purchased items first before we initiate the exchange.

DENYING RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Seoul 52 PH has the right to deny return if product is deemed having any trace of usage, removal of labels and tags, disposal of product wraps or box.Should the courier list the package under Return to Seller whatever the reason may be, the buyer must shoulder the Return to Seller fee and pay for another shipping fee.Seoul 52 PH is responsible and will shoulder the shipping costs of the product's return/exchange only if proven to be at fault with Consignee Information they provided or wrong delivery. Otherwise, buyers are solely responsible for the Consignee Information they will provide upon filling up the order form.

UPDATES REGARDING PARCELS
Seoul 52 PH will be posting weekly updates at #SEOUL52UPDATES.Always check #SEOUL52UPDATES to be informed about the whereabouts of your items. We not update personally through Twitter DM's.If the item has been shipped out to your address, tracking numbers will be posted at the general masterlist. The masterlist is seen at your confirmation email so make sure to check and read your email from time to time.

Seoul 52 PH's responsibility ends once items have been shipped out. In case of delays, please contact the courier's branch and/or check tracking numbers at the courier's designated website.

TINYTAN MINI FIGURES - Some are already in our PH address, currently being sorted. Others are still left at our KR address. The box containing these other Tinytan mini figures will be picked up after the holidays in Korea which is after Lunar New Year.DYNAMITE VINYL AND CASSETTES - Some already arrived in our PH address, currently being sorted. Others are still left at our KR address due to the supplier's late ship out from their address to our KR warehouse. 2nd pre-order (release date: February 2021); all orders are secured and awaiting shipment from Weverse. The box containing these other vinyls and cassettes will be picked up after the holidays in Korea which is after Lunar New Year.BTS SUGA'S MOON BRACELET - All orders arrived at our PH address, sorting starts this week as well.7th ARMY KITS - All army kits arrived at the PH address already.BATCH 3 ASSORTED ALBUMS - Missing albums were shipped out late according to the supplier thus leaving them behind from our korean warehouse. The box containing these other albums will be picked up after the holidays on Korea which is after Lunar New Year. Arrived albums are currently being packed.BTS SEASON'S GREETINGS 2021 - We are expecting around 30 pieces by 3rd week of February to arrive in our PH Address. Other sg's are still in our korean address. Packing of korean consolidator to our jumbo box is a bit slow and shipments have been incomplete recently thus causing trouble with us tracking which items are inside each box. Rest assured the other sg's will be shipped out as soon as they arrive at our korean warehouse. Other sg's are yet to be released by February 16 and shipment from Weverse to korean warehouse takes 3-7 days (last batch). Just a reminder that we will be having a payment first ship out priority basis according to our last update. Please forgive us for the delays and inconvenience caused for this batch.SM TOWN'S SEASON GREETINGS 2021 - KTOWN4U has always had backlogs with their domestic shipping from the distributor to the korean address. This was just delivered to our korean warehouse in the last week of January. The box containing these sg's will be picked up after the holidays in Korea which is after Lunar New Year.
